Description
This size is an absolutely fantastic size (adhesive) used for applying metal leaf to a variety of sealed surfaces.
A 60ml bottle of water-based acrylic size perfect for use with the Tiny Turner Chameleon and Ethereal ranges of pigments and flakes. Also suitable for use with metal leaf and gold leaf.
Classed as a 15 minute size, this glue takes 15 minutes (approx) to reach tack point after which is remains open (sticky) for around 24 hours.
Apply the pigments/flakes/leaf after 15 minutes and once dry it should not need a top coat to remove any remaining tackiness. Occasionally, if this does occur than a light spray of gloss lacquer over the top will remove this and give a minor amount of protection. However, do not apply too much or it will significantly dull the lustre of the flakes/pigments/leaf.
