This is a New, open box, Woodcut Bowl Saver standard size. Largest core is 12″. These units are Amazon returns, open box, likely assembled once but not used. If used they were not used more than once. They come with all parts and pieces, a 1″ tool post and I have inspected them fully myself. I am an authorized Woodcut dealer as well as their official Amazon Returns vendor. Woodcut will extend a new warranty on these units.
